Data Deletion Instructions

Adacted (operated by RK Media OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia) uses the Adacted Ads Uploader Facebook app exclusively to manage advertising campaigns via Meta's Marketing API on behalf of our clients. The app does not offer Facebook Login to the public, and it does not collect, process, or store personal data of Facebook users. The only data the app accesses relates to advertising accounts, campaigns, and creative assets that our clients have explicitly authorized us to manage.

How to request deletion of your data

If you have authorized Adacted Ads Uploader, or believe we may hold data connected to your Facebook account or business assets, you can request deletion at any time in two steps:

1. Revoke the app's access on Facebook

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Adacted Ads Uploader in the list of active apps
3. Click Remove — this immediately revokes the app's access to your data

2. Request deletion of any stored data

Send an email to info@adacted.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your name
• The Facebook account, Page, or ad account concerned

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide you with a confirmation number.
• All data associated with your account will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request.
• You will receive a written confirmation by email once the deletion is complete.
• If any data cannot be deleted due to a legal retention obligation (e.g., invoicing records required by Estonian accounting law), we will tell you exactly what is retained, why, and when it will be deleted.
